Aside from the "plague" contract and the rumors today---- There is one thing that comes into play here imo. There was on Yahoo ---- a recommendation given in Canada which would place the target for this stock at around $12.00 American dollars for the year. This is a Canadian company---so what happens in Canada will determine the price here. The stock has spiked through the 6 to 7 level. Actually took quite sometime to build a base in the 6 area. mj
