Notice how briefing.com dealt with the Beige Book report,in their one and ONLY post(and gave it all of 60seconds of contemplation) and written in a manner to sweep it under the rug as fast as possible.
They have become a joke, a bad joke.
<<14:03 ET Beige Book notes sluggish growth; little changed from previous
Nothing new or enlightening in the latest Fed Beige Book; the report once again characterized the economy as sluggish, soft, and subdued, noting that this was little changed from the last report - disappointing holiday sales were also noted. There was nothing surprising in this report,(edit: that is breifing pathetic spin phrase to make one think it somehow therefore is good--max) and it will not have any impact on Fed policy, which is expected to remain steady for the forseeable future.>>
