Hmmmmmmmmmmmm............ Hadn't really thought much about that. The two year chart will show you values back up over $0.35. But, I don't expect to see any 10-bagger type gains right away. I'm sure the whiz-bangers will be day-playing this like crazy between .04 and .10. The "..longs..", IMHO, would stand to do very well exercising a little patience however. The GAO-approved Fiscal 2003 Farm Bill budget will put a lot of money into the USDA/NRCS pool to help CAFO farmers pay for up to 65% (..capping at $450K in EQIP funds..) for anaerobic treatment system to help protect the ground water supply and improve farm efficiency. What do you think...?? John ;-) .
