Sorry c2, this is utter raving bullshit, obviously written by someone with some kind of fundamentalist and/or kleptomaniacal agenda.

If you have an interest in evolutionary biology I would recommend that you: (1) avoid Mr. Jaynes, and (2) read anything written by Stephen Jay Gould, who was a highly entertaining writer and had no difficulty separating science fact from science fantasy.
