I use valuations to a point, but I contrast them against the trading history of the stock. Example I would never short ebay due to overvaluation, because there isn't any precedent for it to fall.

What is your point? What is your criterion for trading, last december you expected 30 earnings warnings including pixar, did you trade that? How did you come up with that, valuation?
