The biggest problem that the Democrats had prior to the last election wasn't that (get the corporate "fat cats) as much as it was they underestimated how fed up the middle class is with paying taxes. Their opposition to the tax cuts was a terrible policy move.

I've heard lots of bitterness from both Dems and Republicans about corporate fraud. I know very few people who didn't get hit owning some company like Enron or WCOM and they are all pissed about it.
