A pretty detailed look at TCO's operations....they were considering both GSM and CDMA. They had 2.7 million subs at the end of the 1st Q '02. cnet.com This is probably good news (as long as Telesp doesnt follow Pegaso in switching to GSM).....the downside is that this probably lessens the chance that Telesp could be a buyer of Vesper.
