After looking at the charts, I thought we had downside to around 1040-1050 NDX, so the risk/reward was not bad. Max Pain appears to be in play here. Every chart I looked at this AM looked bad, from the 15-minute on up. Only the 5-minute and 10-minute looked decent.

I just put in a limit order and waited for it to hit. I think it hit at the pivot high before 10:00AM, so not too far from the HOD.
