Cloning for the purpose of harvesting body parts might be creepy but it serves a function and if it heals, promotes or advances a human life it would also be constitutional. The question is not the constitutionality of cloning but rather the constitutionality and desirability of laws against it or laws specifically against creating human life as a source of spare parts.
