Re the WRM warrants (WRM.WT). You'll find them described in the latest quarterly statement on the website -- Note 6. I tried to link to it directly but it wouldn't work. Basically: "Each whole common share purchase warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of Canadian $1.65 per share for a period of five years following the closing".

Closing was (I think) in May 2002, so the warrants go till 2007. With WRM currently at $1.56, they're almost in the money now.
