millions of $$$$ in awards for "pain and suffering"

spend 12 years plus studying and make... what $100,000.00 ?

not to forget what happens to medical insurance premiums...

bad docs is a problem. but giving carte blanche to trail lawyers to rape "deep pocket" insurance companies (who in turn rape the general public and charge unreasonable premiums), not to mention nick pick on doc's bill eliminating this and that charges.... IS NOT the solution besides... I do not see why limiting awards would allow bad docs to ro-open for business... 2 different things.

the porks would cease feeding on the system which costs us all, that's the point

not to forget... half a mill for spilling hot coffee in one's OWN lap ? wooooo really "reasonable"

I say screw the trial lawyers

worse...

no docs is worse than bad docs...

ah who cares....

who is John Galt ?
