I didn't quite understand. They are quite late on their 4Q report which was due in May. Usually a very bad sign.......

This Co has a lot of positives going for it, the only concern aside from the late report I have is the change in staff lately, a lot of new people (some very senior) which no doubt has added to their expenses.
