War by its nature is somewhat unpredictable. Economics are not very predictable either. Also the cost can be defined in different ways. My ball park figure is $80 to 200bil, but it might not be in that range. My range is just an estimated guess. Anyone else's range would be just an educated guess as well although perhaps somewhat more educated if it is comming from the defense department.
