merely assuming serious allegations, instead of taking the trouble to prove them "Merely" assuming the worst -- when profiteers in war are the president, family and cronies, certainly exceeds the threshhold of suspicion. When obsessive secrecy to prevent access to the last 20 years' records that would shed light on some of the dealings is added, the suspicion increases. There is no evidence that Prescott was aware of his politics LOL! Prescott made statements and had meetings with Nazi industrialists and officials, as noted in "Police State", by Jules Archer, "Friendly Fascism" by Bertram Gross, and "The Beast Reawakens", by Martin Lee. Read those and be a bit more informed, rather than misinformed.
