Tax revolt.

That's the only thing that'll get attention of the hermetically-sealed foreign country called "Washington DC", the lobbyist-controlled parasitic appendage on the body politic.

Start talk of tax-revolt, and they'll suddenly say, "gosh we either have to call out the national guard and force people into concentration camps for refusing to pay, or we'll have to have some kind of mind-control. Or, I guess, we'll have to (choke) cut (sob) spending somewhere."
