Bells help will be too little too late; Looks like help for Bells will be too little too late; Maybe if the Bells bust the Unions, they could save some money. They can't roll out high speed access & lower prices because they're too busy trying to stop competition with their lobby lawyers. Who's better than Worldcom to bring high speed internet access integrated with voice & data to the consumer eventually? The Bells can't compete, because they are too slow to deliver.
