Can't answer the question why, but:

I don't think that is peculiar to DROOY, but is characteristic of the SA miners in general -- whole complex is in a holding pattern until now -- no new highs on the indices -- as to why, I can't say. Some have broken new highs, but not enough to carry the indices to new highs.
