What were Softie trying to pull here? A crappy 16¢ dividend, and what appears to be an unnecessary stock split. Subsequently they warn? That really looks like manipulation to me and I suspect nobody is falling for it. I guess they can't find any good value companies to buy with their $40 billion in cash. Gonna waste it on a PR move.
