Ken, What do you see as the major Fundamental drivers for FLOW? I've looked them over several times and I am struggling to see the positive light at the end of the tunnel. Their Flow cutting business seems near break even but one of the two major markets they say they serve, Avionics, is not braced for a recovery. The other segment, Food Processing is still losing money. They had a couple of notes about their German subsidary and possibly a write down there that could cause them to be out of their banking covenants. What do you see as the driver behind their move upward? Joe
