Of this i know little, don't remember other than vaguely, no ... if memory serves Chiang Kai-Chek [sp?] was quite the little fascist dictator, and on the mainland there were the same only with the communist label ... there were in history long periods when Formosa was under the same governmental control as the mainland, and long periods when it wasn't ..... but this is all dim, don't know much on it, no opinion beyond a general distaste for the -isms and their brutality involved, sorry ... and, i fail to see the relevance to your topic of the justification of the ethnic cleansing of Occupied México, much less that of this thread
