That's an important issue. (Not the socks, but AA.) I don't think it is. It's a hyped up issue like those famous welfare queens from Reagan that turned out not to exist. Did you see the study by NBC where they sent two identical resumes one with the name Brian, the other Kiwame, and "Brian" got twice as many offers for an interview than "Kiwame"?
