I've heard of projects moving wholesale to India, but I've never heard of entire IT departments being replaced by Indians. I think if people discriminate on anything other that merit, they eventually get bit in the behind, one way or the other. I do have some anecdotes from the Raging 90s which put things in perspective BTW. I think the wholesale greed which infected so many IT workers back then badly backfired. SC
