Actually, the "rich folks" get a deserved tax break (we're one of the only developed countries that actually taxes dividends twice). Meanwhile, the money gets put back into the economy and guess what, the 'poor folks' GET JOBS!

It says right in the press release; .16 pre split, .08 post split.
