HTE.un,... Plan to distribute only,.. only 50% of cashflows,...and according to the first distribution 50% is $0.20, and the stock is only $10.75,...whoa nelly all right!!!! Check out the market depth,...not much overhang!! PHPI,...the hamster is loading the cage with oily chit (ggggggggg).
