Wrong. It's indisputable. And, yet again...seeing as how yesterday, given at least two chances you were unable to provide any examples of "flaws" in my previous post, despite claiming that there were some: Do you have any evidence to back up that "indisputable" claim, that the death penalty is the "best" deterrent we have? How about that it indeed is a deterrent, and by why measure? Or is your merely saying so enough? Did you know 1 in 12 individuals in prison for murder have a prior murder conviction? Got a link or some documentation to back that up? If the DP were administered to those individuals on their first conviction, how can anyone dispute that they wouldn't have murdered again? If that were the policy - murder conviction = execution - this country would get tremendously more violent overnight. LPS5
