Do you believe the government executes innocent people on purpose? No. Or that the odds aren't in the govt's favor? Yes, the odds are in the gov't's favor. Exactly what is the point you're trying to make above? That the "analogies" Fangorn uses are the result of possible or probable accidents. Executing someone is deliberate and absolute. There's a difference.
