CNC: On my list for 7/30...CNC is recommended by both value line and MPT review.. What I thought was important about CNC was that just last week 2 analysts upgraded their estimates for CNC...analysts upgrading so close to earnings seems to me like a good sign. Current Ratings: Strong Buy (1) 7 Moderate Buy (2) 1 Hold (3) 1 Moderate Sell (4) 0 Strong Sell (5) 0 Mean Rating (1 to 5 scale) = 1.3
