Its basically about how open option positions, or more specifically closing the open positions can effect the stock price. It can get kind of complex. Sorry for the lack of a complete translation but any translation would itself be complex. If I tried to use simpler terms I might need a sentence of even a paragraph to substitute for a word. Also while I have some understanding about what it all means I would be stretching my knowledge to try to give you a full explanation of all of it. Tim
