I think TRIB tried to get cute with XTRN, thought they could get the ceo to roll over, now they are looking at an actual damage judgement of $27 million, which they (XTRN) should be awarded most of, not to mention what will happen with the $30 million in punitive damages. TRIB opened the door to this whole legal thing, now they are in deep, Imo. As I said, if full relief is given to XTRN, it works out to 3.25 a share...
