I'm just saying: Hey, why not get it right and have quality prisons, real prisons with real hard conditions. Conditions such where the perpetrator must suffer the fate of considering the consequences of the action over and over and over again. However, I think after a period of time and with good behavior, there should be some kinds of programs available where the perpetrator can link into something productive and positive as a means for amending the error of their ways.

I'm tellin' yers that when you put drug offenders in prisons and can't even keep drugs out of prisons but pretend you can within the confines of a free society that you've lost the quality control environment of the prison and have no idea what a free society is all about.

Treat the drug problems medically; and the criminal criminally. We'd all be to the better and justice would be better served and more punishments would fit the nature of the crime.
