Hello ilk, How much material have terrorists gotten from nuckear power plants in the US? How do you suggest that the US keep terrorists from getting access to such material from Russian or Iraqi or North Korean power plants? How do you suggest that the US keep Russia or Iraq or North Korea from building nuclear power plants? Shall we nuke them?
