I played around with this old one... every morning i grope for strong hand of Happiness, but Loneliness wins out. He pushes Happiness out the front door, sprints back in and deadlocks and imprisons me from within. loneliness wins out. He pushes Happiness out darkening the deserted hallways of my soul and imprisons me from within tying my rainbows with sterile links of solitude in the dark, deserted hallways of my soul where the footfalls of my lonely existence tie my rainbows with sterile links of solitude. will He ever set me free ? where the footfalls of my lonely existence mourn at the front door. He sprints back in and deadlocks but will He ever set me free ? every morning I grope for the strong hand of Happiness. <Rainbows Denied>
