It wouldn't surprise me if the inspectors find other stuff not included within the declaration. I'm not bothered by that, so long as they keep looking.

What's your preference, Lazarus: a) a year or two of thorough inspections, which by yesterday's finding are being proven to work; or, b) one to potentially six months of warfare, including hand to hand urban combat where hundreds of thousands could die?
