Way I look at it, if the Iraqi people wanted to get rid of Saddam, they've had a few decades to act on it. They did not. How many decades is dictatorship allowed in your view? As I pointed out earlier - when a government chooses to sponsor anti-US terrorism... the option to accelerate the time table is the US's. under what mandate? Consider it a post 9/11 categorical imperative... file it under self defense or Kandt or something.
