They have lots of decdendents many of whom have lost track with the most public branch of the family in question. I don't know for sure, and went out on a limb a bit, but I don't think that scale of wealth disappears easily. Various Mellon and Rockefeller descendants spring up in the news periodicly, but never once has the story been that they are scrounging. TP
