This threads rules are: -The stock must be listed on any Canadian exchange(no OTC) and must be priced above $3.00 You making up your own rules as you go along.RAL on the CDNX closed to-day at 1.15 and is a bonafide Oil and gas play.Look at the principals especially the President.Remember ARAKIS Energy???Remember it being bought out by Talisman Energy.Do some DD first before you start suggesting that this is not a legitimate play.In the meantime don't get you wires crossed and short circuit playing that penny stock you are pumping.Good luck with it just the same. As to NT.T that is my opinion.Look at their shares out and their last financials and their burn rate.Also look at the REC out of New York at 1.50 US on it and then ask is it a short or are those analysts the same ones who said it was a good buy when it was at 120.00/share.LOL The Osprey
