rb, i'd like to clarify a few issues.

first, ther is no doubt the executive compensation is rich. whether they are worth the money or not we will find out in the next 12 months. remember, this stock was $2 in 1995. a quadruple, if your timing was right, in two years is a return many owners would pay lots of money for. recent history is much less nice, though. the answer will be wrapped up in the next 12 months.

in any case, the stock price reflects this compensation package. good or bad, it is already taken into account.

seconds, the cruises were not just for kevin's downline per nfli ir. i "rushed to judgment" unfairly. the incentive was open to all distributers.

third, the s3 doesn't bother me too much. it is about 8% of the o/s and 20% of the float. it has to get filed at some point and that point will never be a "good" time. if they were gonna sell quickly then they would've filed and sold at much higher prices, imho.

i'm holding onto nfliw until after earnings. i'm a little bit extended, but i do believe the sequential numbers will look good.

we'll know in two weeks ;-)
