Peter, I was looking at SCI myself. They are not a company I know professionally because they are not a board manufacturer ... yet anyway. More and more contract MFGs are buying board shops like DIIG buying Multek or board MFGs are becoming "one stop shop" ECMs like ELEX is doing. So far, SCI just does assembly and so I haven't called on them in my working capacity.

Last week I considered buying SCI but at $76 the price was too high for me to be able to afford the few thousand shares I have to have to enjoy owning a stock. It just isn't fun for me to have 200 shares... I want thousands! I know, it sounds dumb. Then I looked at options but the August 80 Calls were $3 which is a lot of premium being $4 out of the money with just three weeks before expiration so I didn't buy.
If I had an extra $100k in my margin buying power I would give SCI a shot. The entire industry is so healthy, why not them too?!

Good luck with them if you do buy.
