Good Morning GZ, That spiral is pretty amazing. I use TC2000 and it has a thing called ZOOM which stretches out or compresses time.The amazing part was I put that spiral up to the Dec high and the day yoy referenced the spill thru - came exactly up to the spiral and fell thru it convincingly yesterday.This occurred on Zoom 3 - which is what I usually use. I've made a note on the flimsy for future reference. I sold off my breakout play on KVHI to reduce some margin exposure.Ducked a bullet as I was able to lock in a small gain and then the stock dropped .50.Nothing ever beats luck. I'm questioning the markets ability to fight off all this indecision.The war jitters are really getting coverage - just like back in the post election squabble over who won the presidential election.Too much noise for any confidence to be built up. I don't thimk our military is ready for a blitzkreig show of force yet. When they are - they'll tip their hand and start showing satellite pictures of known weapons being shipped from Russia or N Korea. When cache's of mass desrtuction weapons are found by inspectors one of two things will happen: Saddam goes into exile or our fast deployment troops redefine what military mobilization is.I wouldn't be surprised to see the Army come thru the air and take Bagdad from the North via Turkey. It has to be an airlift kind of thing, if Saddam goes to chemiical or biological, a fast extraction and nuclear follow up would be lightning fast and final.If surprise works it will go that way (the worst) or quick surrender - the most probable. Either way it will be overwhelming ,total and fast. Then we hook up to Chiefs third wave. My bet is this war thingy goes out till March - showing maximum patience with political efforts and maximum staging for deception and the real lightning fast seige of Bagdad and claiming of oil wells along the Kuwait border as well. Afterall someone has to pay for the costs of this police force extraction of a tyrannical dictator.It is a dirty job and we're going to get it done. Then, as in Afganistan, we'll allow tribal oriented democracy to become entrenched.Liberate the oppressed, help with infrastructure upgrades and create a peace in the region that will enable the developement of the Caspian Sea oil deposits.This will create cash flow to Russia and that poor area of the world. No one in their right mind will invest in this ,until a peaceful regime that doesn't oppress people and rob all of their countries resources for their own ego and military power. Bush has a bigger and very powerful vision of how the world can come into a peaceful coexistence.Global commerce can never be secure when a countries wealth is being robbed and its people are threatened with fear into submission. Global commerce is the common denominator of all peoples living in peace.It makes allowances for religous freedoms and a preservation of one's heritage and inalienable rights. The largest obsticle to Bushhes dream of world peace and prosperity are the selfish and unfair power grabs being made by a powerful few- many of whom are in the Arab Kingdoms. These are the dictators of the Arab world.They perpetuate their dominance by robbing the masses of their sovereign wealth and manipulate their religion into a hatred that directs the venom awayt from the real source of the travesty - themselves. JMHO Sure wish I had a futures account - I'm thinking a short play will be the next play.If a reversal doesn't happen in the next two days - we've got another failed Rally and bigger dip coming over a longer time frame ( end of March). I didn't like how Mr.Market reacted to Mr Softee - that should have been a lift off event and it got swept under the rug.Maybe a different twist comes out Tuesday - Friday was expiration.
