Microsoft's Server 2003 is at Release Candidate RC2 and includes Enterprise Edition for 64-bit Itanium-based Systems RC1. microsoft.com CD costs US$3.95 and is good for 360 days. No, I guess I don't own as much of the stock as you. Best to put the price on ignore although the converts are below $7.37 conversion and might be back to par now. Harvey
