Concur! I believe that last weeks large blocks were pre-arranged and not part of what one would call normal bids. But I think that you are right. We are probably close to the high until the next good News. Hopefully it wont fall back while we wait.
Institutional investors and the Mutual fund people usually start to play around the 12 to 15 dollar mark.
I think that good News Releases will be coming in the near future.
