Oh I was only expressing my concern that things have come to this here.... One of my dear friends recently bought a 30 year old, 1900 sq foot ranch style house for 770K in as-is condition, they got it cheap coz it is right on highway 280. The noise drives me nuts every time i visit them. The mortgage is over 7K per month !
