The 13-G filed February 8, 2002 revealed that Ron Baron and his funds held 3,369,890 shares of OMG. According to SEC filings in August and September 2002, Ron was still buying OMG.

Ron sold all these shares with the Reporting Event (dropping below 5%) being October 30, 2002. Notice the timing --
