"That very well may be true but the inner city kids who WANT TO LEARN will have a better shot at getting ahead. " Before I reply I would like to know how you arrived at that conclusion. Take for example a low income kid who wants to learn but has no resources to supplement vouchers for a private school. How will such a child have a better shot at getting ahead?
