President Elizabeth Hoffman released a statement and an action plan against bigotry Friday. Her actions come after recent acts of anti- Semitism on the CU Boulder campus. 'The University of Colorado stands firm on the fundamental importance of human dignity and denounces those engaging in acts of racism, sexism, homophobia, bigotry, anti-Semitism or culturally intolerant behavior,' Hoffman’s statement reads. She also released an action plan including adding 'ethnic intimidation' to the student code of conduct. The Anti Defamation League and Hillel Council of Colorado call her actions an 'important first step.'"
