The Poor Palestinians. There only chance at a good life is if they get rid of their terrible leaders and become a colony of Israel, and under Israeli law. The ONLY good jobs in the area, are in Israel, and Palestinians beg for these jobs. Thousands of Palestinian workers work at good jobs in Israel every day. But, the Palestinians would never be able to evolve enough to be able to properly rule themselves. That is the biggest problem.
