I'm wondering who would take the blame if the INS found some of your husbands workers had illegal documentation. Maybe they would let the person go and blame him. I know at least one local business that has illegals employed and this is a NATIONAL chain and one of the largest companies in the USA. How do I know? well one of the workers told me he didn't have a green card...etc. Lot's of people looking the other way and in violation themselves.
