Gabe,,,I*'m looking at the long term and detailed charts. Both show all four lines at a fifteen degree angle down and converging at almost zero. There is nowhere else for it to go! The one year lease rate has dropped back to 5.9 percent. Junk bond funds were paying ten percent and are falling fast. THERE IS NO PLACE TO PUT MONEY AND EVERYONE IS LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE TO PUT THEIR MONEY!
