Does anyone EVER wonder just who funds the rabble that come to these protests...?

Oh... they were passing buckets around... Shaking down the crowd for donations... This is always the case, as it was at the million man march (where I was one of the token caucasians in attendance spending my time glowering at Farrakhan's "gestapo" when they passed by in their black leather trench coats)..

I haven't heard what the news media is quoting for attendance, but I would be surprised if they claim over 10,000 people there. It was mighty chilly (but sunny) and much of the crowd had spread out into groups with quite a bit of room in between.. The primary "crush" was within 150 feet of the stage where it was pretty densely packed.

The most fun were the Lyndon La Rouche followers (Ramsey Clark represented La Rouche).. Very vocal... using bullhorns to tell us that their is 400 Trillion dollars worth of global debt out there that will never been paid off.. That only following La Rouche could the global economy be saved..

But overall.. it was pretty boring.. I left before the march began down to the Navy Yard since I had read in the Washington (com)Post that there was supposed to be another rally at the white house (and they have some starbucks and Xando coffee shops near by).. But I guess the Post was wrong, or I misread it..

Either way.. a pretty uninspiring day filled with apprehension over what our kids are learning in our public schools.. :0(
