I hope you are good at teaching reluctant readers. If we could whip that one problem most of the rest would go away. My daughter spends a lot of time getting her kids to love reading, and they do. When I visit their class they always want to hear a story. I tell them bear stories and stories about when I spent the summer on a lookout. I now have a granddaughter and I can't wait until I can be close enough to her to tell her stories. I tell my son that the most important thing he can do is read to her when she's little.
